The Casino Operations team is made up of Banking, Ecash, Risk and Configuration. The Ecash team is responsible for payments to players, Affiliates and Marketers and also to ensure that all funds reconcile. The Banking team ensures 100% up-time of all our Banking gateways and servers, and if there is downtime, they ensure this is resolved as soon as possible, with the assistance and communication of all 3rd parties. Banking also ensures that all of our clients can deposit smoothly and that we have the best deposit methods available to them at all times. Risk ensures that all depositing clients are legitimate using state of the art systems. They ensure that our fraud is kept to a minimum and report daily on trends. Configuration is responsible for ensuring the best utilisation of systems available to us to set-up campaigns and promotions on behalf of the business units within the company and to strive to automate as many aspects as possible.
Support & Service Delivery:
The Support and Service Delivery division is critical to daily operations for Globalclick. Because we support the online industry we are dependent on our underlying IT systems to ensure that our users can function productively with optimised systems and technology in order to deliver an efficient experience to our players/customers. We look after daily operations and ensure continuous improvement so that the business is able to utilize technology to increase productivity. We need to align our IT Services to the Business Strategy and follow best practice guidelines accordingly ensuring that we are delivering a complete IT Service to the business. All departments of the business depend on IT Operations to ensure that they are able to do their jobs effectively, whether it be software, systems, applications or processes, thereby creating an enormous dependency on our efficiency, response and pro-activity as a team.
BI and Web Development:
To drive a business as dynamic and creative as ours, members of the Development team must be engaged and active, with a can-do attitude, constantly striving to evolve and improve. Similarly, by utilising prototyping sessions and having access to new technology, it enables us to envision how we need to adapt to the future and make smarter decisions on how to get there. Most of our development is web-based, leveraging the .NET framework with MVC and an integrated CMS to handle the multi-region content. We span a number of different platforms and media including mobile devices, live video streaming, real-time integration with 3rd party providers. Finally, Business Intelligence is another key area where we provide a service, not only in monitoring commercial performance but in evaluating strategic decisions and financial reporting.

The Creative Team has the responsibility of designing, creating and maintaining the visual elements of our website, be it html mailers, web graphics, animation (banners) etc, as well as the design of direct marketing materials i.e. CD design, business cards, magazines. Layout and html page construction is done within Creative and then deployed to IT for development. Teamwork is vital and Creative can usually be found running between IT or liaising with Marketing.
